Who we are
In 2024, Graciano and I (Ellie) explored Japan and fell in love with the rich tradition of matcha. Inspired by the flavors and cultural depth, we set out to recreate that experience.
After moving to the Willamette Valley, we realized how limited quality matcha options were. For the past year, we’ve been making our own matcha latte, and eventually, it hit me—this was something worth sharing. That’s how Sakura's Brew was born. The name is inspired by our dog Sakura, who is a 3 year old pug that we love dearly!
On that note, we use only ceremonial-grade matcha to capture the authentic taste we experienced in Japan. Every sip reflects the care and passion behind our favorite blends.
